This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "the Policy") is published by okpkr (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and governs the collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of personal data relating to users of the website located at okpkr.cam and any associated services offered thereon.

In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms & Conditions on data-related matters, this Policy shall prevail.

The Data Controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through the okpkr Platform is the operator of okpkr.cam. The operator holds a gaming licence from the relevant regulatory jurisdiction and operates the Platform in accordance with that jurisdiction's applicable data protection requirements.

Data you provide directly:

• KYC verification data: Government-issued identity documents (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, selfie or liveness check images, and where applicable, source-of-funds documentation.
• Payment data: Transaction records, payment method identifiers, deposit and withdrawal amounts and reference numbers. We do not store full payment card numbers; card processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment service providers.

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of the account's active status and for a defined period following account closure, in accordance with the operator's legal retention obligations.
• KYC and identity verification records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by anti-money laundering regulations applicable to the operator's license jurisdiction.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the transaction date, in compliance with financial record-keeping obligations.
• Customer support communications: Retained for a period sufficient to resolve any outstanding disputes, typically up to two (2) years from the date of the communication.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the minimum eligible age will be immediately closed, all associated data will be securely deleted, and any balance will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
