These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you" or "your") and okpkr (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at okpkr.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered thereon (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing, browsing or registering an account on okpkr, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any existing account.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on okpkr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the term of your Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform or by the terms of the operator's license, whichever is greater.
• You are acting as a private individual on your own behalf, and not as a representative, agent or fiduciary of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or officer of okpkr, nor an immediate family member of any such person, where this would create a conflict of interest.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on the Platform under your name, identity or payment details.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not self-excluded, subject to a cooling-off period or banned from the Platform under any prior agreement or regulatory instruction.
• You have the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. You must not register, operate or benefit from multiple Accounts under any circumstances, including through the use of different email addresses, payment methods or device configurations. okpkr employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate Account activity.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. okpkr will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the Platform immediately via the support email. okpkr reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access or security breach.

okpkr is required to conduct identity, age and, where applicable, source-of-funds verification in accordance with the operator's internal compliance framework and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with the verification process and to provide any documentation requested in a timely manner.

Verification documents typically required include, but are not limited to:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identity document — in Pakistan, this will typically be your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport.
• Proof of residential address where required, such as a recent utility bill or official bank statement dated within the last three months.
• A selfie or liveness check image confirming you are the holder of the identity document presented.
• Evidence of the payment method used for deposits, where the payment method is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot or confirmation of your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, or a bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah).

okpkr reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending the completion of satisfactory verification. Verification requirements may be enhanced at any time at the Platform's discretion, particularly where transactions exceed defined thresholds or where unusual activity is detected.

All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from a person or entity other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms.

The payment methods available on okpkr are determined by the operator and are subject to change without prior notice. References on this Platform to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual information only. These references do not constitute an endorsement of gambling by those institutions, nor a guarantee that any specific method is currently available in the cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. okpkr reserves the right to apply additional limits to specific Accounts at its discretion, including for responsible gambling purposes.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. okpkr accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, network congestion or technical issues outside our control.

You may request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your Account has successfully completed all applicable KYC verification requirements.
• The funds you wish to withdraw are not subject to an active wagering requirement or other pending obligation.
• The withdrawal amount meets the Platform's stated minimum withdrawal threshold.
• No Account security review, fraud investigation or responsible gambling intervention is currently active on your Account.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, the Platform may require you to provide alternative payment details and may request additional verification documents.

Processing times for withdrawals are specified in the cashier and may vary depending on the payment method selected. okpkr will use reasonable endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly, but accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

okpkr reserves the right to delay or withhold the processing of any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional rewards offered by okpkr are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion:

• Wagering Requirement: All Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, individual bets may not exceed the maximum bet limit stated in the promotion (commonly PKR 200–PKR 500 per stake or spin). Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Refer to the specific promotion for the applicable contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting, after which any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• One Bonus Per User/Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional bonuses are limited to one per user, IP address, device, household address and payment method.
• Cash-Out Cap: Some promotions specify a maximum cashout limit — i.e., the maximum real-money amount withdrawable from winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Any amount exceeding this cap will be voided at the time of withdrawal.

All bets and wagers placed on okpkr are subject to the rules applicable to the specific market, event or game type. These rules are available within each product section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute, the rules published on the Platform at the time of placing the bet shall be determinative.

okpkr reserves the right to void, suspend or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where:

• An obvious pricing error has occurred in the published odds or game parameters.
• The bet was placed after an event has concluded, regardless of whether the Platform's systems reflected this in real time.
• Suspicious betting patterns have been detected that suggest collusion, match manipulation or exploitation of the Platform's systems.
• The bet was placed using funds that are subject to a chargeback, reversal or disputed payment.

In relation to cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup and ICC ODI World Cup events — the Platform applies specific settlement rules regarding rain delays, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, match abandonment, and toss or player changes. These rules are available in the sportsbook rules section and users are advised to review them before placing bets on weather-affected formats.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on okpkr and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering, operating or benefiting from more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information at any stage of the registration, verification or payment process.
• Colluding with other users in any betting market or casino game for mutual financial benefit at the expense of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or exploiting pricing errors in bad faith.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or corrupt influence on any sporting event offered by the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by law, using VPNs or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other users through any communication channel.

okpkr reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

okpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling carries financial risk and that for a small number of users it may develop into a problematic behaviour. We actively provide tools and resources to support responsible play and we encourage all users — particularly those who are new to online gambling — to use them.

The following responsible gambling tools are available through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Loss Limits: Set a cap on the amount you may lose within a defined period. Once reached, your ability to place further bets during that period will be suspended.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks) without closing it permanently.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the stated duration and will be honoured without exception.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account — after deduction of any amounts owed to okpkr — will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processing requirements.

okpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• You have materially breached any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity theft, money laundering or other unlawful activity in connection with your Account.
• You are found to be ineligible to hold an Account (e.g., underage, from a prohibited jurisdiction, or a self-excluded user who has re-registered).
• Your Account has been inactive for a prolonged period, subject to the Platform's dormancy policy.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation or the instruction of a competent authority.

Upon termination for breach, okpkr reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Any balance confirmed as legitimately owed to you following investigation will be returned through normal payment processes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okpkr, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any specific Service.
• Errors, inaccuracies, omissions or delays in published odds, game results or settlement decisions, where not caused by wilful misconduct.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal, lawful use of the Platform's betting and gaming products.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on this Platform for investment, financial or legal decision-making purposes.
• Technical failures, network interruptions, server outages or third-party system errors beyond the Platform's reasonable control.

Where okpkr's liability cannot be excluded in full under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

All content published on the okpkr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of okpkr or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from this Platform without the prior written consent of okpkr.

okpkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution mechanisms are specified by the operator's regulatory framework.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan: nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of, or as representing compliance with, any obligations you may have under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
